Can we talk about Job Descriptions?

A lot of recruiters and hiring managers are overwhelmed by the volume of applications, saying candidates are applying for too many jobs they don’t qualify for or not the right fit for.
Candidates are having to apply to many jobs, because the market it toughest ever, and most of the companies do not even respond even when it is a right fit.
Both of them are true, and recruiters and candidates are saying the recruitment is broken.
In order to start to fix it - There’s a huge crucial simple thing being missed that can help to ease this chaos a little bit in the first place.
One of the many reasons why this is happening - Can we admit it and say it out loud:
The terribly written LAZY JOB DESCRIPTIONS.
I’ve read over 1,000 job descriptions ('JD') thoroughly in the last 8 months as a job seeker. I went through over 40 interviews based on some of the job descriptions.
